For your comfort and peace of mind, we offer a wide variety of Comfort Service Plans designed to meet your family’s year round needs. Both the Basic Comfort Plan and the Total Comfort Plan provide you with 24 hour emergency service, parts and labor coverage and a scheduled tune-up to insure the greatest fuel efficiency.

Comfort Plan Features
• Free emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, a Santa customer service representative is standing by to receive your call. Non-emergency calls: 8 am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
• Annual tune-up, including inspection and cleaning of burner, heating unit and smoke pipe,
as required. Santa will also:
• Lubricate all moving parts.
• Test and adjust all controls for maximum efficiency.
• Check, clean and replace fuel filters and strainers as required.
• Clean and regulate fuel pump.
• Replace nozzle and clean nozzle assembly.
• Check and adjust ignition system.
• Efficiency Test & Documentation Our state licensed technicians will perform a combustion efficiency test, review the results with you and provide documentation.
• Add-on Options
You can customize both Comfort Plans to meet your needs by adding additional heating zones and/or protection for your hot water heater, humidifier or air conditioning system.
