I like working with my account manager, Caroline. There is a former employee in accounting, Ben?, that I also enjoyed working with. I think the e-mail alerts reminding customers that their plan wraps up at the end of April is very professional and the online customer portal is really, really good. The text alerts when a delivery has been made is also very good. Only criticism is the LEVCO trucks kinda look unprofessional without the Santa logo. There was one at my house this past winter and I made a fool of myself running outside telling the driver he is at the wrong house. What if I slipped on some ice when I ran outside? I would be mad at your company. Otherwise, we are very happy. Thank you.
