WARM AIR COMFORT PLAN
This plan offers an economical way to maintain and protect your heating equipment year-round.  Included in your Warm Air Comfort Plan is 24-hour emergency service, an annual preventive maintenance and an efficiency test.  Santa Energy’s Warm Air Comfort Plan covers the repair or replacement of most parts (see diagram for covered parts).      

WARM AIR COMFORT PLUS PLAN
This plan is a great option should you want the security of more comprehensive coverage on your warm air system.  It provides you with everything the Warm Air Comfort Plan does, PLUS:

• covers 2 heating zones
• covers additional parts (see diagram for covered parts)      
• $500.00 new equipment allowance toward the
• purchase of a complete heating system should your current unit fail, or should you choose to upgrade to a more efficient heating system.
• additional $100.00 toward the purchase of a complete heating system for each year you have been on the Warm Air Comfort PLUS Plan, up to $500.00, for a total maximum allowance of $1000.00.

Have more than 2 heating zones you need covered? We offer additional heating zone coverage. Additional heating zone coverage is available to customers who have the Warm Air Comfort PLUS Plan, and it covers additional zones, above the 2 included with the plan.

An annual preventive maintenance keeps your heating system running clean and can increase your system’s efficiency.
What’s included in the preventive maintenance …

• Inspection and tune up of your oil burner, warm air heating system and smoke pipe
• Lubricate all moving parts
• Test and adjust controls
• Check, clean and replace fuel filter & strainer, as required
• Replace nozzle and clean nozzle assembly
• Check and adjust ignition system
• Vacuum warm air heating system, as required
• Perform and record heating system efficiency test
