You can sign-up for this plan anytime of year and it will be good for 12 months or until your gallons are used up … whichever comes first.

Who should choose the Pre-Buy Plan? People who don’t mind for paying up front for their heating oil, and who want the security of locking in a price. It won't go higher, but you must be willing to take a chance that the price could go lower.
