On this plan, you pay the same price as on our Fixed Price Plan, but you get added downside protection. If our daily rate goes up, the most you pay is your capped price, and if it goes down, you pay the lower price. There is a small non-refundable per-gallon premium, which is paid in advance, in order to purchase the downside protection. With our Tru-Cap Protection Plan you must specify the number of gallons you would like to protect. You can sign-up for this plan anytime of year and it will be good for 12 months or until your gallons are used up … whichever comes first.

Who should choose this plan? The Tru-Cap Protection Plan is good for people who want the security of knowing their price will never go higher than the capped price, and are willing to pay a small per-gallon premium to assure them if our daily price drops, they will pay the lower price.
