WHO QUALIFIES?
Anyone who is a UI customer in the state of CT can apply for the Home Energy Audit for a limited time. UI approval is required to qualify for the $75 offer, so don’t wait too long.
THE SERVICE MAY INCLUDE:
• Blower door test for structural air leaks and corrective sealing handled during visit*
• Heating and cooling system ductwork test for air leaks and corrective sealing during appointment*
• Up to 14 energy-efficient light bulbs (4 standard and 10 specialty CFLs)
• Hot water saving devices including low-flow showerhead
• Rebates up to $500 for qualified Central A/C systems
• Rebates totaling up to $300 for replacing certain inefficient appliances
• Rebates for insulation upgrades
• Customers may be eligible for Double Rebate incentives
• Energy efficiency, tips, tools and a review of work done during the visit
