I appreciate the calls in advance of a fill, as I still have a submerged tank likely with residual sludge settled in the bottom. But the 'confusion' about the automatic-pay discount is somewhat irritating, as the higher price seems to appear on bill, yet with this 'understanding' that the automatic/ prompt pay aspect will eventually occur, rewarded with the lower price. If a customer agrees to this arrangement and provides their credit card/ method of payment, why the reminder or warning about the original, higher price if that's no longer an issue ? Confusing and concerning. Otherwise, OK
